It took a few tries to get the technique down, but here’s one of my Fluffy Japanese Pancakes.
I experimented with a Buzzfeed Tasty recipe for Fluffy Japanese Pancakes. The first few came out a little lopsided. But it took some practice to work on the technique of flipping them without losing all of the batter. The last one came out the best.

The Donkey that was inside the Galette des Rois (King Cake)

I’ve been eating at this local roadside hot dog stand since I was a kid. I remember coming here with my Dad for a quick lunch. We would usually go in the summertime when we’d sit at the one of the outdoor tables and watch the cars drive by on Route 46 as we would talk and enjoy our hot dogs.

There’s one steakhouse in New Jersey that I’ve been looking forward to trying for quite some time, but just never had the chance to dine there. That steakhouse is Arthur’s Tavern on Speedwell Avenue in Morris Plains directly across from the train station. I’ve passed the location on numerous occasions, but never had the opportunity to stop in for a bite to eat.
